Shipping and Handling Fees
- Minimum order requirement is $25.00
- A flat rate fee of $10.00 will be applied to all orders with regular shipping (3-10 business days).
- A flat rate fee of $20.00 will be applied to all orders with Xpress shipping (2-3 business days).
- Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for exceptionally heavy and / or oversized items.
St. John Ambulance processes and ships orders within 24 hours of receipt, assuming the product is in stock. Normal shipping in Ontario is within 3 – 10 business days from the date of receipt of order. If expedited shipping is required, Canada Post Xpress Post is available at an additional cost to the customer. Normal Xpress Post shipping in Ontario is within 2 – 3 business days from the date of receipt of order. You will receive an email order confirmation and a tracking number to track the status of your purchase once your order has shipped.
Customers may return products to St. John Ambulance upon obtainment of an authorization number. To obtain a return authorization number for the return and refund of purchases please contact our office via phone or email. Orders must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All items must be returned in the original packaging and merchandise must be in the same condition as it was received.
St. John Ambulance will assume responsibility for shipping costs when the product return is due to any action on the part of St. John Ambulance. Shipping costs associated with an action on the part of the customer such as an incorrect order are the responsibility of the customer and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

St. John Ambulance proudly commits to ensuring that its products are of the highest quality and are free from defects in material and workmanship. Should you not be satisfied with our products for any reason, they can be returned for replacement or refund. You will be credited by the same payment method upon receipt of the returned items in good condition. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
