Q: I’m not sure what product is best suitable for me can you help?

A: Yes, we understand that it can sometimes be difficult to get the product that you need to meet your requirements. Contact our Customer Service Team and they will be happy to help. By phone at (855) 997-9174 or email them at products@on.sja.ca.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the Canada Postal Service website.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-10 business days. For Xpress shipping you should receive your order within 2-3 business days

Q: I accidentally placed my order with standard shipment, but I need the order tomorrow!
A: If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us and we’ll try to modify your order to next business day shipping assuming we haven’t yet hit our cutoff time. Please know that an additional $10 shipping charge will apply.

Q: I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?
A: If you’ve just finished placing your order, please call us and we’ll update the address before the order ships from our Distribution Center.
